Over the next twelve years Chris gained extensive experience both internally and externally as a professional consultant and was a part of the creative executive team responsible for developing NatWest Consultancy and its reputation as a recognised leader within the Financial Services Industry.

RICHARD HOWARTH
Richard started his career in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather working in London and Moscow on global campaigns for Kodak, American Express, IBM, Glaxo, Coca-Cola, Unilever and BAT. He is now Head of Account Management and runs the BT advertising account at St.Luke's, an advertising agency described by the Harvard Business Review as 'one of Europe's most daring and experimental companies'. He joined Green Candle Dance in 2004 via the Arts and Business Board Bank.

She is also a trained dance movement therapist who provides supervision to several working dance therapists. She has given many workshops, lectures and training sessions in dance movement therapy and non-verbal communication in health care to teachers, social workers and mdeical staff. Rachel has also contributed to the Laban Centre's community course, Dance in Special Needs and to the Community Course at The Place and through these became familiar with Green Candles' work. BRAHAM MURRAY
Braham is a Founding Artistic Director of the Royal Exchange Theatre Company, Manchester. In 1964, his Oxford production of HANG DOWN YOUR HEAD AND DIE transferred to the West End and Broadway. From the Century Theatre, where he was Artistic Director, he became a Founding Director of the '69 Theatre Company, directing many more highly sucessful productions which all transferred to the West End. He has also directed over fifty-five productions for the Royal Exchange. Braham joined the Green Candle Board in 2004.

JEAN HARWOOD
In 1985, Jean became involved with the Gillespie Dance Group whilst working as a carer and has been a very active member of the group ever since. Although she said it was strange to start with, Jean says that the group is a great way to forget your aches and pains and 'you're never too old to start!'. Although Jean's not keen on performing herself, she loves showing other people her age how much there is to gain through dance, despite the off stage nerves! She loves seeing how much the performers give to their audiences. Jean joined the Green Candle board in 2004.
