Our main objective is to provide dance experiences to those with least access to it, within both educational and community settings. At Green Candle we make sure that everyone fulfils his or her right to watch and participate in dance regardless of age or ability.
We deliver one off or long term projects for:
Early Years, 0 to 4
Children & Young People 4 to 25
Young Adults 25 to 40
Adults, 40+
Older People, 60+

Great News! Older Men Moving
We are very pleased to announce that Green Candle has been awarded £10,000 by Tower Hamlets NHS Clinical Commissioning Group to run a new health and fitness project – Older Men Moving! Continue reading
New Appointment!
Thanks to a grant from the London Catalyst, Green Candle was able to recruit a development worker to develop new areas of work, researching and setting up useful and effective connections within the NHS and other Social Services to help establish processes of referral as well as to create new partnerships. Big Dance
As part of Big Dance 2012 Green Candle Dance Company and Language of Dance will be holding a week of free dance workshops, special events and a Dance Photography Exhibition by Tracey Fahy at our home base Oxford House to people of all ages. Continue reading
