An opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading dance company, working with 2 groups of older male adults. Green Candle Dance Company is currently looking for a motivated individual who can assist artists in the delivery of weekly sessions of its project ‘Older Men Moving’. Candidates will need to be able to commit to assisting every Wednesday between 10.30am to 1.30pm from 11th February until 25th March 2015, with the possibility of continuing during the summer term.
Due to the nature of the environment where the sessions take place, we expect the candidates to be open-minded and have a warm friendly persona. Candidates must have a current DBS certificate.
This is a unique chance to gain practical learning, group work and leadership skills in the health and wellbeing sector of the dance industry.
This is a paid position at a fee of £30 per day assisting, inclusive of travel expenses.
